I'm new to this group, and was just diagnosed with sjogrens this month. The dry mouth which is horrible started for me years ago and was during and after radiation treatment for breast cancer. I thought it was from the radiation, but I now know its from the sjogrens. I normally freeze half full water bottles and add water as I go, cause the colder the better. I also at times need a sparking water also, seems to clean the pallet a bit more. But my newest water deal is to have ice water and an altoid mint. I get the mini's. The mint and the water sorta wakes my mouth up with a fresher cleaner feel

You can get Sally’s products on line. I actually also used a similar product at Bed Bath and Beyond a few years ago. I used the Wen and the first use was great and then my hair seemed a tad dirty. However, I know most people love it.

Country girl nose bleeds come with sjogren’s I get them regular and my left nostril as been messed up bad through sores and affecting the grizzle in the nose besides the skin.
