SK…I'm sorry I haven't been around as much but I've thought of you often. I really hope the new meds work and hopefully being able to get some real sleep will help things along also.

I empathize what you are going through. I have spinal stenosis and impingement on the discs. My neurologist said she could not recommend surgery due to the quantity. Please let us know how you are doing. Healing prayers for you.

Beware of Otezla if you have any history of depression or suicide attempts. I foolishly mentioned suicide to my pain managemmnt doctor and now he is not wanting to give me any more meds and is calling my psychiatrist. Plus my hair is falling out by handfulls and it MUST before Otezla because I'm not taking anything else that would do that.
I have terrible SI pain also. The doc just touched my back and I shot across the room the pain was so great. They can give you injections in to your sacrum however that's all they can do. :(
