I highly recommend drinking mineral water (NOT the bubbly kind, though) because it has a pH slightly higher than the body's normal ph of 7.4. Mineral water usually ha a pH of 7.8 -- which is really good because a lot of food can turn our body acidic -- and disease LOVES an acidic pH, from what I've read. Before starting the mineral water, I had fatigue so badly that I could barely walk up a hill to my car and I could barely stand and wash more than one dish at a time at the kitchen sink. After only drinking mineral water for 3-4 days, the fatigue left me. Just raising my body pH seemed to do the trick so I've stayed on mineral water for about 2 years now.
Another thing you can do is use a foot spa and add 1 tspn baking soda to the water. Soak for 20 mins. Will make body alkaline and also aid sleeping.

Further help from a product Meinebase, mineral salts, which keep the pH balance of the body at 8.5, that of the amniotic fluid a baby is encased in while in the womb.
