I understand that you are dealing with a range of diagnoses — from Fibro and RA to Sjogren’s and Dysautonomia. My heart goes out to you. Managing one of these diagnoses is more than enough to handle. How are you feeling this week? I wonder if you have found anything that helps you manage your Sjogren’s symptoms.
