I am so sorry to hear that you have dealt with repeated infections, dryness, parotid gland swelling, among other uncomfortable symptoms. My heart goes out to you. I cannot even begin to imagine how frustrating and upsetting this must be. When did you receive your implants? Have you noticed any improvement? I wonder how you are feeling overall.
