Interesting research in SLE = Lupus that may help SS and other AI

This is very heavy science but for the first time in a long while I am quite excited as it is non cyto toxic (doesn't kill body cells) cheap and available and targets metabolic pathways which are linked to T cell metabolism.

The early research is in SLE but the mechanism it targets is actually universal to all AI indeed it is a mechanism targetted by a well know TCM herbal treatment which has clinical evidence to support it.

What I find interesting is the claimit actually reverses SLE not just slows it like all current therapies.

I've posted links to a less scientific overview plus a scientific abstract(you need to pay to get full access) and a full original research paper on the metabolic principles ( now you can see the CR*** we have to wade through to get to the "bottom line" :)
