Hello! I`m new member here from Estonia. I was diagnosed Sjögren over year ago. I started with Plaquenil, then couple months Prdenisolon, but they didnt give much effect. Now i started with new medicine- Sandimmun Neoral. Has anybody taken that and how is results? PS, my main problem with Sjögren besides regular symptoms, is left eye swollening all the time. Does anybody have also that kind of symptoms?
You’re using that in oral form? Yes, cyclosporine is used to lower immune system activity, so that makes sense. I wonder how long you need to be on it to see if it’s working.
You mentioned your left eye being swollen all the time. Is that blepharitis? That’s fairly common and can be managed with eyelid hygiene daily.
