Dehydration

I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, Sojgrens Syndrome and Fibromyalgia January 2014. I know PsA and Fibro are progressive. Is Sojgrens progressive as well? And can it cause dehydration?
I have been in the local ER 3 times in as many weeks. I’m talking weak, dizzy enough that I couldn’t stand and my blood pressure had dropped to 65/43. I was in taking fluids and was not outside in the heat. Could it be because of the Sojgrens?

Marie can I ask you what you mean by progressive for Fibro? Im new to having Fibro and Srogren's , does my Fibro get worse then what I have? What medication do you take? Gabapentin is not too strong.

They can become progressive but not everyone’s does. I can’t take Gabapentin. It makes my nerve pain worse. I’m have been taking Lyrica for a couple of months now. I can’t take the dosage the dr prescribed (3x’s daily) but I can tolerate 2 daily.

Hmmm, im going to ask my doctor about Lyrica , I was scare about all the side effects, but my Fibro is getting worse.

I get dehydrated very easily. I have Sjogrens. I take restasis for my eyes, pilocarpin for my dry mouth and dry to stay away from anything inflammatory. Alcohol, smoking, sweets, caffeine, dairy… all the good stuff.
