Welcome, Betty from Bradenton, FL! We’re glad that you found us, and we hope that you will be too.
You may have noticed that there was a delay in your post’s appearance: for some reason, our spam detection system didn’t like a message that was only emoticons! LOL So I hope you don’t mind that I rearranged your content a bit to keep our techbots happy.
Make yourself at home, Betty, and join in our conversations.

Thank you so much for replying to me. I glad I getting involved in this support group. Because Doctor don’t understand sjogren syndrome especially my medical Doctor.
Welcome aboard!!! I love how you introduce yourself as a fighter. Excellent! With sjogren’s syndrome pain can be overwhelming. We understand how you feel and are here for you. My rheumy has recommended the following supplements for pain: turmeric and fish oil. I also take ginger tea and use ginger in my oatmeal and other foods. Ginger is a natural anti inflammatory, as well as pineapple and papaya. I try to include them in my diet as much as possible. I also use ice packs and an electric pad.
Hope you enjoy this support group as much as I do. Hang in there!!! Take care.
