EnjoyLife… I was wondering the same thing about me having a vit. B deficency , I recently had my bloodwork done and it showed my vit.B in range but it’s low range … You know how doctors are, if it isnt flagged as really high or Low they dont really do much im with you though and wanted to even have my doctor write for me to get Injectable Vit.B 12/6 but he wanted to check my B levels first… I wish he would just let me get the injectable B-12 or whatever … But u know if levels arent below or above they dont pay attention much…
((Thanks))

I know what you mean about them blowing off little thing if they are "in range". I think they forget that some of our symptoms can easily be affected by things like that. Its worth it to do some of your own research but the biggest thing is to advocate for yourself, always. Ask him specifically if that symptom can be related to low B. He may not even realize how bothersome it is. I'm lucky that I am finally with a doc that explains everything. But, I ask questions because I have found that things may be obvious to him (because he does this all day) aren't to me. He seems to get a kick out of the reminder actually. I hope your doc is open as well.
Cassi, glad I could help. I've had that happen for me a million times on this board, where someone mentions something that make me say "Oh Yeah!!" :)
I have a lip balm that has been miraculous for our family-- yesterday my daughter used it to put on her chapped hands, we have used it for the last couple of years. It is from Bath and Body Works and it is called “My Favorite Night Balm 8 Hour Overnight Recovery”. It is in a little dark blue tube in their stores with their lip gloss or on-line. It is so good that we keep a tube in each car, the bathroom, the bedside table, and each kid has their own and I keep mine in my purse. I have never found anything that works like this stuff! It goes anywhere that’s chapped, cracked, or dry. Hope this helps!
Hurts bees lip balm helps me none tinted kind.
Hi,
I just started using labello (from Europe). I think Nivea just bought the line. You can get it from Amazon.
That brown spot sounds like from the sun.

Hi Niki,
The only thing that works on my chapped/cracked lips is Natural Ice Medicated lip protectant by Mentholatum. It cools to help with the burning and stinging, helps heal and protects with SPF
