I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling to manage a hectic full-time schedule as a result of Sjogrens. I cannot imagine what it must be like to deal with fatigue and pain while working as a busy nurse. When were you diagnosed with Sjogrens? Have you spoken to a doctor about trying different pain medications?
