So I’ve had tear duct plugs for a few years now, both top and bottom. The bottom one has fallen out twice in the past few months. The second time the eye doctor put a larger one in. Well, it fell out again! So this time he’s going permanently seal it by cauterizing it. Has anyone had this done? Anything I should know about it?
