I just got some of my test results back and one test showed I have “gastric dumping syndrome” despite not having had any prior stomach surgeries. I have an endoscope scheduled for tomorrow so maybe that will tell me more. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this?

It gives some tips on management, but you’ll notice there’s a really high percentage of people with Sjogren’s who will develop this, 30-70%!
Hey, thank you so much for the information. I am on a seriously restricted diet and yet this is still happening. I see the gastro dr in a week or 2 (they are never in as much of a hurry as we are LOL) but at least everything else looks pretty good. Until then I will stay on my lichen-free diet and mini-meals …yummy
