I slept pretty good last night.
Cooked vegetable soup and for a snak made spicy baked chick peas. Yum
Tended my potted flowers which are still blooming and the sun was relaxing mixed with the cool air.
There was one bird singing this morning that was so beautiful.
Terri...I'll see what I can do. :')

I only woke up once last night to use the br.
The wind stopped which is always good since wind flares me up with symptoms.
Looking forward to my doctor appointment tomorrow, lyme test etc should be back from lab.
I had a good doctor appointment today, went out and enjoyed the sunshine.
I am grateful for my friends on the forums.
It was sunny and warmer today.
I cooked vegetable soup.
I fixed the fawcet that was broken.
Did some reading.
I did major house cleaning today and two loads laundry, taking breaks in between and survived. :')
Did some reading outdoors where I could enjoy a nice warm breeze and bird singing.
Clipped Esther's nails.
It was a very productive day.
I cooked veggy soup and I cooked kale.
The weather is so nice at 72 degrees and sunny.
I prayed alot.
Plumber came, plumber fixed, plumber did not overcharge me! Happy day! There really are honest people in this world. And he referred me to a honest auto mechanic. Only God can make these kinds of things happen. Boy, did I need that.
There was a storm with thunder, rain and lightening when I left the doctor's office today but on the way home I drove right out of it to other side of town where it was just fine, no storm.
I took care of my potted flowers and herbs.
Took a long nap with Esther.
I was notified in time by my bank that credit card numbers were stolen when one of the merchants where I shop was broken into. No charges were made on my card and they cancelled the card number for me. That's good.
I'm getting my rest and not straining myself. My car is running good and I have food in the frig.
you're the best Tez! we love you!
New hepa vacuum is awesome. My carpets never knew what they were missing. Goodbye allergens!
It stopped raining. The rain washed everything off and now we have less dust in the air.
I decided to drive out to the desert today and watch the sun go down. I packed a snack and drove out. while I was there a couple cattle came up to my car and were checking me out. I said "hi" and they ran away. lol then after the sunset, I drove home but on the way home I saw wild burrows running through the desert and got a pic of them too.
It's been confirmed that I have Lyme Disease and co-infection, but at least now I know and it explains alot. Better late than never.
I went to an awesome Lyme Support Group here in the valley today. The members were extremely knowledgeable and will be great resource for me.
The weather is beautiful today.
I took an epsom salt bath and shower and felt much better afterwards, made it possible to be at the support group and focus.
Terri.....Thank you. Hugs to you all too. Love ya, Ally
