Just wondering, what is going on with the name change from Sjogren’s Syndrome to Sjogren’s Disease?
For me, Sjogren’s is much more than an indicator of other illnesses, both physical and mental, Sjogren’s is a disease in-process.
I wholeheartedly agree. Sadly though, even some doctors think it’s just a little dry eye, dry mouth.
I hear the Sjogrens Syndrome Foundatuon calls it the most popular disease you’ve never heard of.
I don’t how I missed this. Here are some formal definitions and differences in the name. I guess this means that they are more confident of the cause now.
