Though costly, these are some good products. I did pick up an off brand of dry mouth mouthwash at the local pharmacy that tastes even better than Biotene, and that didn't take too much work! Was a 'home pharmacy brand', but when you consider toothpaste is about $7 or $8 a tube and mouthwash is about $10-$12 you expect it to taste like the nectar of the Gods!
I was using that a few years ago when my mouth was dry and it really helped. Now I have too much saliva. What the heck is up with that? I think these autoimmune diseases are unpredictable. I never know what to expect. Keeps changing.
I think I drink a lot of water, could need more!

Start measuring the water. Sometimes we think we drink alot but not really. I have to check myself once in awhile or I start slacking off.
