Has anyone here tried essential oils? I have had a couple of people suggest them for my joint pain. I have severe joint pain in my hands. Throbbing continuously. I was just wondering if they were worth a try. Someone suggested Copaiba. Any thoughts?
Its one of those things that seem to work well for some people. Worth exploring. I would just say to be sure you get high quality oil and follow the directions for that oil carefully.
