Yes! I itch, but only from the calves down, and right in the center of my chest and (between the boobs) area. When it is bad it is horrible. I don’t get a rash that I or my derm, have seen but I have scratched till I bled, and have multiple broken blood vessels around my ankle area from itching. Hot showers do not make me itch per say, but do make me feel like the area is getting scratched wonderfully (when I am itching) It seems to come and go, I hadn’t had it in a few months but it is back with fairly low intensity now, and the pollen is high (coincidence? IDK). The cortisone creams don’t do anything for me - I take zyrtec daily and nightly, and a lotion called Sarna does help the itching when it starts up badly. I sometimes see what looks like little bumps (blisters?) but they are tiny and match the skin. Very hard to notice. This happens in the wintertime so sun or no sun doesn’t seem to have an effect. I also have a completely different kind of itching when I sweat (its like I’m allergic to my own sweat or something!)so if I do sweat I am in a hurry to get clean again.
Fyi, people can be allergic to their own sweat.
I do serious skin hydration, especially all winter. I lighten up a bit in the warmer months but it’s a year round thing.
Well, Stoney, you taught me something! Who knew?
How are you doing now, Kelley?

Yes. It drives me crazy and I suspect Hydroxycholoroquine is the problem.
I have the same issue when I sweat from excursion not from heat! It’s like I’m being poked or pinched and itchy at the same time! I’m not alone.
intense itching of my scalp, face and back. also other areas will pop up. plaquenil plus moisturizers helps. also have developed pressure urticaria. itching and welts caused bt waist bands , upper parts of socks and bra bands. have stopped wearing these things and it has helped.
