I have glaucoma but my eye dr. told me last month that he saw changes in a nerve in my eye. I am wondering if sjogerns could affect eye nerves or is it because of the glaucoma. My eye pressure is good. I see my eye dr. again next week. Anyone with eye problems plus being dry?
Oh yeah… I have an issue with the way my optic nerve is formed. They watch closely for glaucoma because if it ever hits, it will do damage fast. Pressures have been good so far, thankfully. Been 20 years since it was caught. The eye doc caught the Sjogrens because of the changes. The dry eye now causes mapping on the eye for me. Plus now I am starting to get dry spots on the cornea. Oh what fun.
