I'd read here about cleansing eyelids and tear ducts using no tears baby shampoo. Please send me the link to this thread. I can't find it.
I’m not going to search for it, but. . . Basically you can use diluted baby shampoo to moisten a cotton pad,to clean your eyes then rinse.
I’ve been having good luck with putting some on my fingers and using te baby shampoo (non-diluted)and rubbing my closed eyes in the shower and then rinsing. I’ve been doing this for almost a year, and haven’t had blepharitis since I started.
Thanks Stoney. That was the info I was looking for

I've found this discussion for you and it's regarding the eyes with added comments on how to help your eyes if that's any good.

The way it works for me is. Use preboiled water put into a sterilized bowl [ 10 drops of water to 1 of baby shampoo] mix. Then warm up eye lids [ I use a flannel] with boiling water. Then wash eyelids with thee shampoo mixture.
This has to be done twice daily.
Thank you. Do you think this should be done if my eyes are not terrible dry? They just feel irritated
